We’re looking for a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our expanding commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate can handle multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities within the commercial real estate sector. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work and receive lead referrals from our top residential agents and teams. Responsibilities: • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients• Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal• Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction• Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision• Lead generation• Commercial lead follow-up• Commercial sales• Set commercial appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Self motivated and self sufficient• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising• Skilled in industry practices and lease language• Real estate license is required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $70,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
