A keen sense of marketing and advertising procedures is a huge plus, and the ability to monitor a deal from beginning to close is essential. A real estate license is required. Responsibilities: • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making processSchedule:• Choose your own hours• Monday to Friday• On call• Weekends as needed Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated• Skilled in industry practices and lease language• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising• Proven negotiating and communication skills• Must have a valid Real Estate License• Real Estate License (Required)• People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Compensation: $65,000 - $119,570 yearly commission based About Company: At Texas Legacy Realty, we're dedicated to helping agents grow their real estate businesses with top technology, quality leads, and year-round support.
