We are seeking a talented agent to focus on Commercial with our thriving team! The Agent is responsible for growing, creating, and maintaining successful relationships with clients and closing inquiries efficiently. Closing sales is also a hybrid role to this commission opportunity. Responsibilities: • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing• Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties• Follow the Commercial Team plan of action• Commercial real estate leasing and sales• Database• Lead generation• CRM management• Contracts Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices• Past sales experience is preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
