Do you love helping people find their dream home? We're looking for an experienced real estate sales buyer's agent to join our growing team. You'll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: --- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget --- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process --- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market --- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads --- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Qualifications: --- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred --- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends --- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills --- At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience --- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car --- Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible --- Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads --- Cell phone and laptop computer needed --- Ability to communicate effectively --- Self-motivated --- Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week --- Utilize and maintain your CRM --- Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients --- Ability to work in a team atmosphere --- Be coachable --- Be accountable About Company: Welcome to Crosstown Realtors, where we're revolutionizing the real estate industry, offering unmatched service and expertise.
