We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments• Lead follow up• Execute consultations• BRE signed• Close sales• CRM and database mastery• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• Show a track record of real estate success• A real estate license is required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
