We're on the hunt for a motivated and energetic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help seal the deal. You'll be adding potential customers to the sales funnel, figuring out what homebuyers want and need, and keeping in touch to make sure sales go smoothly. Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process• Follow the team plan• Team player• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Database and CRM• Good communication• Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Commission opportunity• Must have a valid real estate license• Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams San Diego East Foothills is one of San Diego's most collaborative offices.
