We’re seeking an energetic, motivated real estate buyer’s agent to generate qualified leads and help close sales. Your role will involve adding potential clients to the sales pipeline, understanding what homebuyers are looking for, and staying engaged to ensure successful transactions. Responsibilities: • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Follow the team plan• Team player• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Database and CRM• Good communication• Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• A valid real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams Lake Forest is the home for dozens of teams and top producers who consistently rank among the top agents in SoCal.
