Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Live close to Westlake Village Office Compensation: $125,000+ at plan About Company: We, at Lydia Gable Realty Group with Compass are a leading Real Estate Group in the Conejo Valley; with a respected brand and are also a fun group of individuals to work with.
