Responsibilities:• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards• Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales• Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team• Team sales• Individual sales• Database• Grow your division• Coach and train Qualifications: • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team• Superb customer service and communication skills• Real estate license required• Brokers license or ability to obtain one• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams San Diego East Foothills is one of San Diego's most collaborative offices.
