The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm setting, demonstrating expertise in real estate law transactional aspects, including leasing, lending, development, and zoning. This role requires a Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio law license and demands superior communication and analytical skills.
