This full-time position is ideal for an individual passionate about residential real estate and landlord-tenant law, providing opportunities to represent housing authorities and assist clients in various real estate transactions.DutiesRepresent housing authorities in state, federal, and public housing matters.Assist clients with residential real estate transactions, including buyers and sellers.Conduct thorough legal research and prepare documentation related to real estate law.Negotiate agreements and resolve disputes involving landlord-tenant relationships.Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for client representation.Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate and landlord-tenant law.Strong writing, research, and communication skills.Excellent negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.CertificationsLicense to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.SkillsProficient in legal research tools and real estate documentation.Strong analytical skills to navigate complex legal issues.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.Adaptability to work in in-office, hybrid, or remote settings.BenefitsFlexible work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options.Opportunities for quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.Convenient location accessible by car and M.B.T.A.
