About Baptist Health Urgent Care: Baptist Health Urgent Care, an affiliate of Urgent Team, is seeking dedicated ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join their dynamic healthcare team in Cabot, AR. Job Summary: This position involves performing x-ray testing, assisting with patient transfers, obtaining vital signs, and preparing patients for radiologic procedures. Full-time team members work a rotating 36-40 hour/week schedule, consisting of 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities: - Promptly greet and communicate with patients - Provide solutions to patient problems and assist in emergent/hazardous situations - Perform timely radiology procedures and ensure quality exams are performed - Assist with patient check in/out procedures and follow documentation procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - BLS Certification - AR State X-Ray License - ARRT Certification preferred - Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred Full-Time Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Medical, Dental, and Vision Options - Retirement savings plans - Continuing Education Reimbursement - Paid Time Off PRN Benefits: - Competitive Salary - 401K plan with company contribution - No-Cost Office Visits and generous discounts on some billable services
