They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor for one of their live projects in Stratford Broadway. This project is a £10m new build hotel consisting of a concrete frame and brick façade. The project completion date is 29th March 2024. This role will be a mix of office and site based. The successful person will be responsible for overseeing and managing various subcontractor packages through to final account. Requirements: BSc in Quantity Surveying Chartered member of RICS – desirable Residential & Commercial knowledge Minimum of 1– 3 years of experience in Construction industry Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor Main contractor experience – desirable Strong communication skills Working references – essential If you are interested, please contact the office on or for more information.
