Quality Technician Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. The Quality Technician will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about quality control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to assess their quality and compliance with standards. Document inspection results, analyses, and any defects identified during the inspection process. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Perform measurements using various tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, standards, and protocols. Participate in internal audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Support root cause analysis and preventive action efforts for non-conformances. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports. Assist in training new employees on quality control processes and best practices. Stay current with industry trends and quality assurance techniques to enhance skillsets. Qualifications Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality standards (such as ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing) and quality control methodologies. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality control software Proficiency in the use of measurement tools and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
