Job Description Shift Information 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Essential Functions Prioritize Safety: Treat safety as a fundamental value. Hazard Management: Identify, report, and resolve safety hazards as part of the site leadership team. Safety Compliance: Follow safety policies, adhere to safety procedures and work instructions, maintain safety awareness, and uphold housekeeping standards according to company guidelines. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality procedures and work instructions. Incident Handling: Assist in investigations, root cause analysis, and the development and implementation of corrective actions for potential non-conformances or incidents. Quality Strategy: Develop and implement long-term quality strategies and objectives aligned with the company’s vision, mission, values, and long-term goals. Product Lifecycle Quality: Drive quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and support, including responsibilities for the material review board (MRB) and management of change (MOC). Policy Development: Identify needs and create, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and workflows in line with industry standards, world-class quality methodologies, and company strategies. Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, or a related field. Over 5 years of management experience. Proven experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, process improvement methodologies, and quality assurance/control systems. General Requirements Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing). Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities. Preferred Requirements Training and experience in Lean methodologies. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, with Black Belt preferred.
