About you and qualifications We’re looking for someone who; A degree or equivalent level of qualification A teaching qualification Extensive experience of delivering learning to young people with learning difficulties and disabilities Good knowledge of personalised curriculum design which meets legislative requirements Experience of conducting teaching, learning and backssment observations and of providing constructive feedback to staff Experience of management including mentoring and coaching Why work for us You will be joining a great team of like-minded people.
