About the Role: We are looking for a Quality Manger to oversee and manage our local responsibilities within our Global Quality Management System (QMS). The Quality Manager must be motivated, focused and inspiring able to take responsibility for driving our Quality Policy in everything we do, taking a Risk Based Approach to ensure we are compliant in all regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring both sites in the UK are following the QMS, working closely with key stakeholders to drive quality improvements. The responsibilities and authorities of the role are: Implementation and maintenance of QMS on a local level for WS Audiology UK to ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements. Document Control - implementation and lead of local doc control according to own requirements and legal requirements e. g. ISO 13485. CAPA - to ensure local implementation of the global CAPA System according to regulatory requirements. Training - local implementation of the training concept according to global requirements, additional local regulatory requirements and according to ISO 13485. Audits - to prepare and manage the internal and external local QMS audit process. Regulatory Affairs - To screen and to monitor local requirements ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. Contract and Tenders - responsible for analysing, completing, and submitting within all sectors (more likely Public Sector) in the UK and Ireland for both Hearing Aids and Non Hearing Aid devices.
