The Quality Control Inspector performs product inspections utilizing magnified visual aids and mechanical measuring devices to ensure product conformance to internal and customer technical data package requirements. This process includes analyzing technical data packages (e.g. assembly instructions, engineering drawings, schematics, bills of material, specifications, etc.) Identify and resolve issues affecting product configurationIdentify and assign rework actions necessary to rework production productAccept production product work-in-process and approve for next assigned operation Foster and maintain professional and productive relationships with other staff and managementDemonstrate proficiency in computer based applicationsHave experience with electronic assembly including; SMT, T/H & MechanicalAbility to effectively operate visual magnification devices (scope)Ability to effectively operate and interpret basic electronic measuring devicesAbility to effectively operate and interpret basic mechanical measuring devices Acceptable visual acuity and eye-hand coordinationAbility to review and interpret technical data packages for electronic assemblies Zentech Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
