Duties/Responsibilities: Quality Assurance and Control: Monitor and evaluate product or service quality throughout the production or service delivery process. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to identify deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions. Acts as plant representative for QMS/IATF 16949/ISO 9001 audit process. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines applicable to the industry. Ensure that products or services comply with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary certifications or approvals. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data to track performance metrics and trends. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Continuous Improvement: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Promote a culture of quality excellence and provide training and support to employees on quality-related matters. Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
