Contractors Workforce Partners is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support CWP and our government customer in Charleston, SC.We offer competitive compensation and benefits package. CWP is seeking a dedicated, experienced, motivated, top performer Quality Control Manager (QCM) to join our team. You shall be responsible for the overall QA & QC management and coordination for the work required under this contract. The Quality Control Manager will oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in all operational aspects. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, with a primary focus on maintaining and enhancing the quality of services and operations within the facility. The Quality Control Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all work performed, whether by Facilities and Grounds Maintenance staff or subcontractors, adheres strictly to the guidelines specified within the contract.This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations at the job site. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met, directly impacting the training and preparedness of law enforcement personnel. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Quality Assurance and Control: Develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC Plan, ensuring strict adherence to the contract's guidelines. This encompasses a wide range of services and operations, including but not limited to maintenance work performed by staff and subcontractors. Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor and evaluate the adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring all management plans are effectively implemented and maintained. These plans cover various operational aspects such as O&M facility operations, conservation of government utilities, safety and environmental standards, disaster preparedness, drug-free workplace policies, QA/QC performance requirements, and student transportation. Collaborative Leadership: Actively participating in bi-weekly meetings with Technical Representatives and the Contracting Officer to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding quality control matters. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in quality control processes and implement strategic measures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations. Management Plans include, but are not limited to: O&M facility operations Conservation of Government Utilities Safety and Environmental Disaster Preparedness Plan Drug Free Workplace QA/QC Performance Requirements Shall possess at least 10 years of recent responsible experience in the inspection and oversight of facility related work including maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Should have demonstrated skills and knowledge in the written documentation of work acceptance, rejection, and noted deficiencies. This includes work performed by the Facilities and Grounds Maintenance staff as well as subcontractors hired by the Contractor. Shall possess a demonstrated knowledge of applicable codes and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, the International Building Code, National Electric Code, National Fire Protection Code, and various Federal, State and Local code requirements. Shall have proficiency in oral and written communication in English. Shall have basic computer skills including the ability to input data into the system and generate various reports and correspondence as required. Requirements QCM Certification form Army Corp of Engineers within 5 years.(If expired must renew it) Must have a clean Background and pass a drug test Must have a valid Driver’s License. At least 10 years of experience
