In this role, you will ensure the superior quality of our products by conducting thorough inspections and adhering to established procedures. Shift: 7 day rotation Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Identify superior quality of product and communicate to Replenishment and Category Management teams Reject and document product that does not meet specifications Verify weight, temperature, size, pressure test, refractometer test, package and pallet integrity of product Verify calibration of testing equipment Request government inspections and facilitate sampling process Inspect inbound product according to established Standard Operating Procedures and specifications which includes random sampling and defect identification Monitor inventory by completing daily quality inspections; report inferior quality to appropriate team for recommended action Monitor CFC handling and storage procedures in conjunction with CFC Management (i. e. cold.
