Responsibilities:• Assist with research and development activities, contributing to new product development and formulation improvements.• Oversee the quality control (QC) of daily batch processes to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.• Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, purchasing, and quality assurance, as well as external suppliers and customers, concerning raw materials and finished products.• Provide analytical support for troubleshooting production issues, raw material evaluation, and customer inquiries.• Assist other lab chemists in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.• Maintain accurate records of analyses, and QC results, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience in analytical chemistry.• Proficiency in operating analytical instruments.• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
