If your answer is yes, then this entry-level position is for you! Our last two Quality Technicians were offered new opportunities at Nordic Ware, and you could be next! What you will get to do: Perform and document visual, dimensional, and functional inspections across multiple departments within Nordic Ware. Utilize various hand tools and measurement devices to accurately inspect production processes. Follow and comply with all manufacturing and quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements to ensure high standards are maintained. Recommend changes to policies and procedures. Assist in other Quality Assurance processes. What you'll bring to the role: High School diploma or equivalent Some experience in manufacturing is great (6 months preferred), but related work experience is also considered. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook Good communication skills Basic math skills A continuous improvement mindset and a drive to learn new information and skills Ability to read blueprints preferred Working knowledge of metrology and use of hand tools preferred About Us: Nordic Ware is a leading manufacturer of high quality and innovative kitchenware products.
