A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to drive the implementation of high-quality QA processes and lead quality assurance teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and standardize QA processes and workflows across teams Lead internal/external QA audits and ensure compliance with industry standards Oversee daily activities of QA teams and manage performance assessments Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, including setting up QA processes 3+ years in QA management with experience leading cross-functional teams Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) In-depth understanding of end-to-end QA methodologies and test automation frameworks Intermediate+ English proficiency and proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
