We are looking for a candidate who wants to grow their career, will be a long-term team member and become an integral part of a strong purchasing/buying team. Responsibilities Support the procurement department with general administrative and purchasing related tasks The ability to handle multiple complex projects and purchasing tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Positively interact with internal customers and outside vendors. Create purchase orders for processing to Accounts Payable Track purchase orders for projects and maintain files. Special projects as assigned. Education/Experience An Associate's Degree or equivalent related working experience or courses (High school diploma required). Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office environment - willing to train the right candidate. Effective verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
