Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a part time Sales Supervisor to join its Square One Shopping Center store in Mississauga, Ontario RESPONSIBILITIES : Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations. Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor Drive your own percentage of sales Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years retail experience Excellent organization skills Customer service skills Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications BENEFITS/WHAT WE OFFER: We offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, vacation time, sick and personal time, medical, dental and vision insurance, and 401k matching.
