Body Fit Plus is hiring for correctional facility in Vacaville, California.Job Details: Physical TherapyLocation : Correctional Facility in Vacaville, CaliforniaPay Rate $66 to $72 Per Hour + Quarterly BonusSchedule : 6 to 9 months Part Time Contract Eligible for extensionMon & Fri 06:00am - 02:30pmRequirements: PT Physical TherapyTwelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution. Clinical competencies must be currentValid Photo ID Driver's License or Passport (Required)Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart AssociationValid California PT license hard copy (Required)Benefits: Physical Therapy24hr paid sick timePayroll - Weekly direct depositPaid Pre-Employment TestingThis is a great opportunity for temp to perm state position with exceptional state benefits should one open upDuties/Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: Physical TherapyPerform in accordance with the CDCR Institution/Facilities policies and procedures and consistent with generally accepted evidence-based Physical Therapy practices.Provide Physical Therapy services to patient upon physician referral and order.Or upon direct access to the Physical Therapy services in cases where the patient/youth is seeking Physical Therapy for an existing and documented diagnosis.BFPoT07ucb28x
