Responsible for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to winHere is a glimpse of what you'll do: Simulate process, materials and manufacturing workflow and gives input to process engineer by using REFA, MOST, WITNESS and or adequate tools. New Set Up Line: coordinate process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement. Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment. Lead and supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas like LEAN, Automation and/or Six Sigma projects. During NPI coordinates process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement, reviews result during proto-typing and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI and sales team. Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Here is some of what you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in related field At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization, and the customers Well organized and disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively Accurate, data-driven, logical, and analyticalFor more information about working at Flex, please visit: #J-18808-Ljbffr
