If you care about seniors and have skills in customer service we would love to have you join our team! *NEW WAGE SCALE* $17.30 starting Responsibilities : Improve resident, visitor and staff experiences around mealtimes Serve meals while adhering to mealtime regulations Maintain cleanliness in dining areas Prep food/food service Must be able to lift 50 pounds Our Mission: Influenced by Christ, Lyngblomsten provides a ministry of compassionate care and innovative services to older adults in order to preserve and enhance their quality of life. At 30 hours a week, you are eligible for: Low employee cost Medical and Dental HSA account, plus an Employer contribution of: $2100 annually for a Single $4200 annually for Family Free Employee Life Ins. and LTD insurance 200% match of your 2% contribution to a 403B Flex/PTO starting at 4.62 hours earned per 80 hours.
