Job Title : PT Center Manager Location : Sacramento, California Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shifts Per Week : 5 Scheduled Hours : 40 hours per week Salary Range : $85,000 - $100,000 annually Bonuses : Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance. Center Managers can earn an annual bonus up to 8% of yearly earnings. Job Overview :The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, providing patient care, and mentoring clinical staff. Key Responsibilities : Manage and supervise the clinics operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, treating an average of 14 patients per day. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals. Mentor and supervise clinical staff, including foreign-trained applicants, guiding them through the licensure process. Monitor clinic performance and collaborate with staff to ensure the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction. Participate in continuing education and professional development programs to stay current with industry trends. Manage clinic scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day operational duties.
