Job Title : PT Center Manager Location : Rocklin, California Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shifts Per Week : 5 Scheduled Hours : 40 hours per week Salary Range : $85,000 - $100,000 annually Bonuses : Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance. Center Manager positions can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings. Job Overview :As a Center Manager, you will oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, and ensure exceptional patient care and clinic efficiency. You will play a key role in growing and maintaining a high-functioning clinic, while benefiting from professional development and leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day clinic operations and staff, including physical therapists and administrative personnel. Ensure the highest standards of patient care, with clinicians treating an average of 14 patients per day. Provide leadership and support to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Develop and implement treatment plans that support patients recovery and rehabilitation goals. Meet clinic performance targets, both clinical and financial, to ensure continued growth and success. Oversee administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Facilitate licensure for foreign-trained clinicians with the support of certified instructors.
