Job Title : PT Center Manager Location : Rancho Cordova, California Shift : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Shifts Per Week : 5 Scheduled Hours : 40 hours per week Salary Range : $85,000 - $100,000 annually Bonuses : Up to $20,000 for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance. Center Manager positions can earn an annual bonus of up to 8% of yearly earnings. Job Overview :As the Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring top-tier patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical team leadership. Key Responsibilities : Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff. Oversee a team of clinicians who treat an average of 14 patients per day, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Mentor and provide leadership to the clinical and administrative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Develop and implement treatment plans, supporting clinicians in achieving patient rehabilitation goals. Manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, patient flow, and regulatory compliance. Ensure that clinic targets are met and exceeded, both in clinical outcomes and financial performance. Participate in continuing education opportunities and facilitate professional development for the team.
