A Psychiatry Physician General Psychiatrist practice is seeking a qualified physician for Worcester, MA. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. Medical Doctors Only Apply. Job title: Psychiatrist - Inpatient-- Required skills & experience: Must be willing to cover the full schedule Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (3 years out) Must possess an active DEA by the time of start date Must be willing to get your MA state medical license, if you do not already have one-- Must have good accountability skills (showing up to work on time, finishing credentialing on time, rounding on patients in a timely manner, etc.) --What you need to know...Schedule: Monday-Friday-- 8am-5pm / FLEXIBLE Call... One weekend of call per month-- One night of call per week Inpatient details: Total of 12 beds Average 6-8 patient seen per day-- 1-3 consults per day split between three providers EMR: MediTech This provider will NOT be required to supervise any other healthcare providers.--Length of assignment: 6 months to start ONGOING Credentialing: 2-3 months, can be faster depending on how responsive the provider is Travel, Accommodations, and Medical Malpractice are Covered.
