The Process & Engineering department is responsible for delivering projects to support these goals across the company globally. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and excited to help Duracell on this journey. This role is for a Senior Technology Manager in the LaGrange Site Process & Engineering group. The desired candidate will lead a group of Mechanical Engineers and Project Managers ensuring successful delivery of small and large projects in the plant. The group is responsible for partnering with Operations and Central functions to identify and execute improvement projects that support the site master plan and address loss areas.RESPONSIBILITIES * Coach and set direction for a group of 4-6 Engineers ranging in experience and capability. * Maintain a balance of resources across projects and adjust when needed to ensure successful delivery of the organization's action plan. * Plan and execute multiple projects/activities in a fast-paced environment. * Drive usage of work processes and create improvement in processes when needed. * Coordinate with the site Capital Systems Manager and global Capital team on project forecasting and budgeting. * Create concise insights and drive meaningful decisions using data analysis and visualization. * Effectively influence and deliver work across organizational boundaries including Operations, Central Engineering, Equipment Suppliers, and contractors. * Execute feasibility studies to assess viability of future projects and when appropriate transition those into established projects. * Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. * 10+ years of relevant experience is desired, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Experience leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering projects/programs. * Experience managing small, medium, and large sized projects through all phases (feasibility through start-up / commissioning). * PMP certification is preferred but not required. * Experience in engineering, manufacturing, machine design, and/or industrial automation. * Strong design and drafting skills in 3D CAD, preferably Solidworks. * Good understanding of BOMs, manufacturability, process design, process validation, assembly methods, quality control, design reviews and cost reduction methodologies. * Individual must have a strong track record of collaborating and working with diverse groups.
