A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to work remotely in a temporary, full-time position. Key Responsibilities Handle large call volumes daily using an automated dialer Research and record shareholder contact information and voting instructions Respond to shareholder inquiries and maintain the call center database Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous virtual Call Center experience preferred Must have a suitable remote work environment with required equipment Must possess a USB connected headset with noise-canceling features
