Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to support healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: Advocate for providers by resolving issues and answering inquiries related to benefits, billing, and clinical authorizations Manage communications through multiple channels, including phone and chat, while effectively triaging provider contacts Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve complex authorization and claim issues Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience At least 1 year of customer service experience in analyzing and solving concerns Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems Typing speed of 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy Ability to work full-time during specified business hours, including potential overtime and weekends
