A company is looking for a Proposal Researcher/Writer to support fundraising efforts in the energy and climate sector. Key Responsibilities Conduct ongoing prospect research to identify funding opportunities and build a robust institutional funding pipeline Support grant proposal development and project management, including writing and managing bid proposals Collaborate with internal teams to create donor engagement strategies and manage donor records in CRM Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 4+ years of experience in prospect research and proposal writing in an energy and climate or international nonprofit setting Proficiency in online research tools such as Wealth Engine and Foundation Directory Online Demonstrated success in securing major gifts through grant writing and foundation engagement Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce
