Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of assigned properties• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants• Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets and compile monthly financial reporting• Perform site inspections and manage bidding processes• Attendance at Board of Director meetings (night meetings) is required.
