Property manager needed to manage two properties for a local property management firm in the Little Armenia area, near Sunset Blvd and Western Ave . The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at one of the properties. Responsibilities: (Not Limited To): Collection of Rent & Delinquencies Generating and Posting of notices as needed Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors Advertise, market and lease vacant units Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants Requirements: (Not Limited To): Must live at one of the properties being managed 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred GED or HS Diploma Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area Compensation: $4000-4250/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction. Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts Available after hours and weekends for emergencies We are an equal opportunity employer.
