Position - Property Manager Location - Echo Park Area Hours - Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p - Available after hours and weekends for emergencies - Cannot be combined with any other work Salary - $3400-3600/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction. - Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, life insuranceProperty manager needed to manage a property for a local property management firm in the Echo Park area. The position is Full time and the manager must live onsite at the property which is located near Sunset Blvd. and Alvarado St. Overview of Duties: • Rent Collection• Generating/Posting notices• Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders• Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units• Must live at one of the properties being managed• Other duties assigned by management Experience Required: • Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year• Managing 30+ units preferred• Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)• Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus• GED or HS Diploma• MUST- Valid Driver's license• MUST- Reliable vehicle• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus• Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area We are an equal opportunity employer.
