This is a great opportunity for an experienced, talented and ambitious Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE and will be expected to have a thorough working knowledge of all areas of property litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Landlord and tenant matters; Managing another two Solicitors and a Trainee Possessions and Evictions; Rent arrears and reviews; Boundary disputes; Easements, breach and creation; and Applications to the Land Tribunal or Lease Tribunal The Ideal Litigation Candidate will: Have previous exposure within Property Litigation and Disputes. 2 years + PQE A sound knowledge of Property Litigation The Package: 25 + Bank Holidays and Additional Christmas Closure Bonus Structure To Apply for this position please contact Millie @ Simpson Judge today.
