Do you also have IFRS16 accounting experience? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a Property Lease and Data Analyst to join our Property Data team. Interested? About the Role Reporting into the Governance and Integrity Team Lead, you will provide Royal Mail with Accurate Property Data and ensure all property leases are recognised to IFRS16 Accounting Standards. You will manage a team of two administrators who you will support daily. You will ensure the integrity of the data across c2000 sites, making sure the Property and Estates related processes are fit for purpose and utilised in the most efficient manner. You will also be responsible for the accurate Interpretation, validation, and processing of specific property information from third parties and input this into the relevant system.
