You'll make an impact on our company as it grows and contribute to meaningful work for our Federal government clients. About the Role: You will provide program support to a Federal government client. The role is an opportunity for you to join a consulting team that supports meaningful and mission-oriented work to our Federal government clients.Assignments include conducting informed research and analyses, evaluating and processing data; establishing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional groups across a variety of sectors; collaborating with colleagues to clearly define project goals; and generating effective solutions to fulfill project needs and objectives. The person in this role will be a progressive thinker with a strong attention to detail, and a self-starter who can juggle many tasks on a daily basis.Your responsibilities include to. Review and analyze gathered qualitative data (i.e., theming, sorting, and categorizing info); quantify results and present to clients and stakeholders in an easy, digestible manner Assist the team to prepare for and execute meetings, including developing agendas, overall logistics, note taking, tracking actions, producing reports, and/or supporting next steps Track stakeholder interactions and make recommendations for stakeholder engagement, outreach planning, and overall communications Support cross-departmental initiatives, effectively collaborating with all parties to successfully fulfill client needs Providing overall programmatic support and support for strategic planning Carry out our Company Commitments: the Employee Commitments, supporting the Company Commitments to Employees and our Commitments to our Clients Contribute to the firm's business development and growth strategy Location: You will work as part of a team at the client-site in metro-accessible Washington, DC. Required requirements/Skills: 2+ years of professional expertise, bonus if experience has been within the Federal government Bachelor's degree Strong research, and analytical capabilities, with experience entering and evaluating quantitative as well as qualitative data Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance Expertise to work autonomously and take tasks from concept to delivery Receptive to all forms of feedback from clients and colleagues, and proactive to make changes Expertise to work collaboratively in a team environment by communicating effectively Great communication expertise, both written and verbal Demonstrates a positive attitude even when faced with changes or adversity Expertise to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities Expertise to learn fast and work with all types of personalities US citizenship or permanent resident and the expertise to pass public trust clearance or suitability Preferred Experience/Skills: Prior experience in consulting, knowledge capture, project management, business writing, meeting preparation and facilitation, and/or stakeholder outreach Federal grants management background Experience creating graphic content (e.g. PowerPoint, dashboards) Stakeholder engagement and assistance experience Broadband program support experience a plus Don't think you have everything for this role but are still very interested?
