As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders Ensure effective communication and coordination among project team members Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Experience: Knowledge of development languages and processes, especially with offshore teams Bachelor’s degree is required Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve KPIs Familiarity with project management software such as Jira Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Ability to work from the Valley Stream office at least 3 days per week Powered by JazzHR
