Position Summary The Project Manager (PM) will lead end-to-end project oversight, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and quality completion of projects. Working closely with the Chief Inspector and Director of Services, the PM will coordinate tasks, set goals, and drive project success through strategic planning and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget Team Leadership: Work with the Director of Services and shop leads to coordinate internalresources and vendors Scope & Budget Management: Define project objectives, manage scope adjustments, and control costs Client & Stakeholder Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients and internal departments, focusing on service excellence. Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring quality standards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records and prepare regular progress reports for senior management Key Skills Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects with tight deadlines and budgets Technical Aptitude: Knowledge of project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Analytical & Problem Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail Communication & Leadership: Effective verbal and written communication skills with provenleadership abilities Required Qualifications - 2-4 years of recent project management experience, ideally with budget oversight- Proficiency in project management software and tools- Ability to handle customer service demands with professionalism Preferred- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, PMP or PRINCE II certification, security clearance, and helicopter industry experience. Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis role involves working in a busy office environment and occasionally in the field. The position may require sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
