At TTx, our Project Managers provide a strategic approach to managing medium to high complexity projects (including VoIP and IT infrastructure projects as well as client on-boardings); aligning skills and resources as well as monitoring, managing, and controlling internal company projects. They exercise independent judgment on active implementations according to prescribed methodology and processes. Project Managers are expected to be people focused, detail-oriented, excited to learn, possess good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. They utilize their project management skills from conception and planning through implementation, measurement, and review. Individuals coordinate activities of/with other employees, identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects to achieve business objectives. Skills and Qualifications : Alignment with TTx Core Values IT/ Construction knowledge and/or experience preferable. Customer Service focused with positive attitude. Proactive communicator, innovative, possesses the ability to manage proper expectations of stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable and comfortable in pressured environments. Experienced in team building, influence, conflict resolution, and mediation. Organized, detail oriented and well documented. Excellent time management skills. Logical and analytical thinker. Punctual and possess the ability to manage proper expectations of customer and internal stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment Capable of prioritizing workload based on client requirements Proficient in Microsoft O365 Suite Professional demeanor, ability to analyze complex issues, interpret project needs, develop solutions, and has capacity to convey concepts and processes to diverse individuals including both executive and technical levels of customer organization.
