Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking an experience Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring the overall success of each project.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion- Organize and lead weekly contractor meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.- Maintain accurate meeting minutes and a comprehensive open points list for follow-up.- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Foster strong relationships with contractors and team members to ensure effective collaboration.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Administrator, or a related field.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.- Experience in the Material Handling and/or parcel handling industry is a plus.- PMP or similar certification is a plus.- Travel within North America should be expected (10%-20%)Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (5 years) Microsoft Project (2 years) Autodesk Construction Cloud (1 year) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
