Constantly collaborating with cross functional team members to get the project across the finish line.Interacting with internal and external team members while communicating project progress. Essential Job Duties Communication: • Primary point of contact on assigned projects internally and externally • Preparing communication to team members and leadership • Strong written and verbal communication • Prepare and participate in commercialization and other status meetings Leadership: • Support and participate in project team discussions • Facilitating conversations as needed among the team members • Challenging team members to solve problems and made decisions • Influencing without authority to drive accountability Management: • Project: notes, timelines, scope changes, risk mitigation, internal and external communication, escalation, and status reports • Ability to handle fast paced environments and frequent interruptions or changes with a positive attitude Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 5-7 years’ experience working cross functionally at a food and beverage company, start-up or project management role• Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Adobe Editor • Recognized as the hub of project communication, handle day-to-day decision making • Facilitating and hosting communication via phone, email, and in-person • Recognize scope change, upset conditions and knows who to talk to for support and escalation in a timely manner Working Conditions • Office setting
