Description:
Employbridge Search is currently recruiting for a Project Manager in the San Diego CA area. The Project Manager will be capturing, planning, executing and finalizing projects adhering to deadlines and budgets for a fast-growing company. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and manage projects from concept to completion. The process will include estimating, creating bids, scheduling, budgeting and allocation of resources * Expand new and existing business to grow clientele. Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers * Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders through the project life cycle. Ensure work is progressing with quality and project completed on schedule, within budget and scope * Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, quality and adherence to specification. Schedule and supervise installation crews and reviewing building plans with installers to identify any issues * Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. * Manage project budgets, track expenses and report on financial performance. Monitoring costs and labor to budget * Coordination with warehouse and delivery to ensure materials are ordered, delivered and installed according to specifications * Management and resolve any issues or delays during the project, implement corrective actions and deadlines as needed * Maintain proper documentation including contracts, change orders and project progress reports * Utilize architectural and engineering drawings to accurately interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints, quantify materials and estimate project costs through industry standards software * Provide updates to senior leadership on project status, risks and opportunities QUALIFICATIONS: * 5 plus years of project management from commercial preconstruction through completion * Sales and project management experience required * Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving skills * Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal * Expert in MS Office Products, other project management tools and Takeoff Software * Ability to travel to job sites and manage a large number of projects at a given time * In accordance with California laws, the expected salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000/year. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and education.
