We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team to support a federal surveys program located in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: Work closely with colleagues on the Research and Data Science team, driving and delivering results. Manage and perform all aspects of the survey research program. Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to promote surveys and contribute to the development and dissemination of research deliverables (e.g., research and data reports, dashboards, presentations, and webinars) and support customers' use of research deliverables. Analyze survey and test data to satisfy data and research requests from customers. Contribute to goals and objectives of the Research, Statistics, and Data Science teams. Position Requirements: Minimum 7 years of related experience, specifically in survey research. Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience managing survey programs for organizations or government agencies (local or federal). Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study. Training or experience in statistics and survey methodologies Proficiency with Statistical software such as SPSS and Stata Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational, project planning, presentation, and time management skills with careful attention to detail Strong quantitative analytical skills and multitasking capabilities Ability to manage daily operations of the function and prioritize work with minimal supervision and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment independently and in a team setting. Clearance Requirements: Ability to attain and retain a Public Trust Clearance.
